@krfnp anything over $500 goes to posh to be authenticated . For some reason they couldn't confirm. I guarantee that they are authentic! I purchased them in NY. I can repost them for $499 for them if you really want them . Then you purchase for $499 that way they won't have to go to posh first. I will ship and They will come directly to you . Lmk 😊💕💕😘

@lauragneve I’m new to posh. I haven’t done a bundle yet. I guess I should wait before hitting purchase in the future. I haven’t sold anything yet either. I have a really small neck, 15 inches might be a little too big, of course I wouldn’t want it too small, but maybe 14 1/2 would be a better length. You would probably know better where it should fall.

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience like I said I really don’t know why this would happen. I would never sell counterfeit items. Everything my family and I own is 100% authentic. Hello! Thank you for purchasing the Insta Wave. I’m packing it up right now, however the box that it comes in isn’t fitting in the shipping boxes I have. Would it be okay to take it out of its original box and package it a plastic shipping bag. The bag will be sealed. I’ll also add some bubble wrap. I’m sorry! I wish I could send it in it’s original package, it’s just too big 😕
