discogal Hello Rachael! While packing your items I noticed that on the back zipper pocket zipper the toggle that usually hangs on a zipper is broken off. You can still zip and unnzip, but you'll need to use your finger or add a safety pin. It's on the back of the bag. If this is a problem I have no issue with canceling the order. If I don't hear from you in the next hour I will go ahead and cancel it. I want you to be totally happy.
