Hi Kaleelah
I was packing your shoes for shipment when I noticed a mark on the top of the heel that didn't used to be there. I moved about 6 months ago and think they may have been damaged then. It's a mark about a half inch long and is at the very top of the heel and I don't think it's hugely noticeable and you're still getting a great pair of shoes for $10 but I need to give you the option to cancel the order.

This usually happens when the package is overweight or packaged improperly or when there are difficulties recognizing your address. On the box say unknown address and I wasn’t about to put your address on the site lol it can’t be the weight cause it’s the size I normally mail out all my sales. I will just getting another label and resend it out by Monday. Since today is to late. Again so sorry!!!!
