cjwsales @babygrl10902 When I posted the item it was not damaged, the damage occurred when it was taken to store for mailing. I was called and they explained that a heavy object was Accidentally dropped on the box the ring was in. I retrieved the package and 1 if the flowers was crushed. Believe me that I would not have posted something that was damaged. Accidents do happen. You have a good day.
