catglasses Hi Karen, could you please tell me what the problem was with the packaging that caused you to only give me a 3 star rating? I take pride in making sure that bags are clean and packed in a way to protect the hardware. You may not know this but a 3 star rating is disappointing as it can bring down a seller's overall rating. I work hard to maintain my good rating. I hope you enjoy your new Fossil bag. @Catglasses

karencox769 @catglasses The tiny pieces of paper was not necessary to pack it in. It looked like maybe a paper shredder bucket was dumped in there and it was stuck to the handle of purse. I had to take wet clothes and rub to get all of it off. Also made a mess in my living room floor unpacking it. Everything else about purse was fine.

catglasses @karencox769 I apologize for the paper pieces being a problem. I taped a barrier over the paper to keep it contained so that it would not get all over. once again. I apologize for the mess.
