Hi Karen,
I’m sorry you were unsatisfied with your purchase. Nobody in my household smokes, but sometimes postal workers do in their trucks. I package in plastic as soon as an item is photographed and listed for this purpose, and usually pack in a Tyvek envelope. This item didn’t fit in a Tyvek, so the box may not have been as protective. I apologize again. I hope that the smell comes out with the first wash and that you enjoy your purchase!

Hi there! I would already send you the duvet but can’t get a right shipping label from Poshmark! They keep sending me just half of it ! I just contacted to them , hopefully they will fix it soon!
