starzelda7 I contacted PM about theCoach shoes. I don’t remember accepting an offer on them. Could you tell me the date that you purchased them? I have no record of it, other than seeing “SOLD” appear on the listing, about 2 days ago. I haven’t received any E-mail from PM that they were sold. I also have not received any mailing label from Poshmark to send them. (!) This has not happened before. I am working to track this transaction. I’ll contact you when I know more. starzelda7 Hi Karen , I’m glad you received the Coach shoes, however, I do not understand your rating of how the “cleanliness” could be improved? These were sold to me as BRAND NEW and I never wore them, except to try on! They did not fit me. So these have never been worn! They could not be any cleaner. I hope you will change your rating, as this comment was not true.

prizedpackages I am letting your know that, in addition to your scarf, I accidentally mailed you a second package that should have gone to someone else. It is a Coach wristlet. By mistake I downloaded your label (a second time) instead of hers. I am very distressed to cause such confusion. I have never done this before and am worried about getting her item back so I can send it to her properly. I am contacting Poshmark with the tracking numbers and sending them copies of my postal receipts.

Could you please give me an update on your return on this misguided package. Otherwise, I will have to start tracking thru the United States Post Office and Poshmark. Thank you in advance.

prizedpackages Where is our package? The USPO has tracked that you received it. You admitted it & promised it was back in the mail to us. You cannot keep this purse. It belongs to our buyer who has already paid for it. Not good Posher business practice. They reached out to you.Everything is documented. We sent you your Coach scarf. Now the buyer is waiting for her Coach wristlet, the one you received in error. I'm trying to figure out what is actually going on here. You could at least respond...

prizedpackages Well, I see you are not going to respond. I’m very disappointed, so say the least. All I can say that down the road, I hope that some one doesn’t do this to you. My buyer is very disappointed, as it was a gift for her granddaughter. Without any response from you, you admitted you received our package that was sent in error, I can only assume you still have it. I don’t know how you can feel comfortable keeping something you didn’t pay for & taking away a gift promised to our buyers granddaughter.
