jessgelato Hi! I just saw your review and that wristlet is 100% real. It was originally purchased at a Macy’s and you can even type in the number from the tag onto google to prove that it is.

karis26 @jessgelato you know as well as I do that it's a fake. I'm from NYC and I to shopped at Macy's, so don't try to pass it as authentic. This was purchased in China town and I demand a full refund. I can easily pass along your information to the proper authorities. Your choice.

jessgelato @karis26 I swear to God this was not purchased in Chinatown. My cousin purchased it as a Christmas gift to me 3 years ago from Macy’s. It came with a Macy’s box and everything. Why would I put on there that this is real knowing that it isn’t? It has the official coach tags and cards that came inside the wristlet. I honestly would have kept it for myself if it wasn’t pink since I don’t like that color. Why do you think it’s fake?

karis26 @jessgelato I want a refund period. It's a fake.

jessgelato @karis26 why do you think this? It is not a fake. I can’t emphasize this enough. I’ve given you the full history of the item and shown you pictures of it in addition to the fact that you accepted, rated, and left a nice comment about it right before all this started. You clearly have no evidence that it’s fake because it isn’t. If you’re that vehement about it, contact Poshmark themselves.

karis26 @jessgelato I already contacted poshmark to start a full refund. I don't want the item anymore.

jessgelato @karis26 can you please just tell me why you think it’s fake? At least give me your reasoning

karis26 @jessgelato look I just want my money back. I've never seen a stamped logo on a wristlet. I really thought this was real. And after doing extensive research online, I notice it's fake. That's not fair you sold me a fake product. I just want a full refund. I'm returning this back

jessgelato @karis26 I did not sell you something fake. I wouldn’t do that to someone, it would just be mean and frankly, pretty dumb on my part if I did. It is not fake. I would not sell something claiming it’s real whilst knowing it’s fake. Please stop being so hostile towards me when I’m trying my best to calmly figure this out with you. I don’t know what you’re referring to in regards to the stamp?
Jan 12Reply
jessgelato
jessgelato @karis26 also, that stamped logo can be seen in the photos. If you think that’s the reason it’s fake, why not say something to me prior to deciding to purchase it?

karis26 @jessgelato I just want my money back. Put yourself in my shoes, if you're not comfortable buying something, you'll return it, right? That's what I doing. I don't want any issues, just want my money back that's all. Please respect that

karis26 @jessgelato Just something for you to think about: Dear Jess, So it looks like you got your payment for selling me a counterfeit product on poshmark. Hope your'e happy about that. Just know I'm not a satisfied customer at all about my purchase. I'm actually really upset that I even bought this item. But let it be under your conscious that you sold me a fake item. And that is really wrong and disresptful.

karis26 @jessgelato Hope this never happens to you because trust me it hurts especially when I work so hard to get myself nice things and someone like you decides " I'm going to sell this fake item online and I'll get away with it". I think you knew what you were selling, and well you got away with it. Lesson learned on my part. Its not right what you did. So I hope that this never happens to you, because it's not a great situation to be in. Sincerely, Kari26

jessgelato @karis26 first off, you need to take it down a few notches and have a grown up conversation without being nasty. I’m going to reiterate this one final time: I did not sell a fake item. I have posted photos, given measurements, described the item, and given additional history to further prove that this is not fake as it was purchased at Macy’s...

jessgelato @karis26 ....The only presumption I can make at this point is that you regret buying it and are looking for an easy way out to get your money back knowing that this is not how Poshmark works. I would never knowingly sell someone something that is fake as it would be mean and frankly a good way for bad karma to make it’s way back around. At this point, get over it and move on with your life.

karis26 @jessgelato Jess, I went to a coach store yesterday! They told me it was fake. Are you serious?
