I apologize for the mixup unfortunately we sent the wrong tap shoes. We have a few pair listed I responded but I haven’t heard anything back I take full responsibility for sending the wrong item and I am willing to re-send at no charge I just need to know how to do this process please advise me if you know I am also waiting for Poshmark to get back to me. I was excited about you getting the dancers shoes. I hope it wasn’t too much inconvenience. I would like you to receive a full refund.

@xpected_style Sorry, I thought I responded yesterday, but it’s not showing up. No worries - it was an honest mistake. I would prefer a refund, as dance class starts on Tuesday. Do I have to wait on Poshmark to make a decision? I’m new to this.

So, refund approved and I am supposed to ship back today or forfeit the refund. But, you if you mailed out the correct pair, I'd want you to have the money for them. I can forfeit the refund and then mail you back the size 9s that I currently have if you'd be okay with reimbursing me for the shipping. Does that work for you?
