1queenemmalani PM told me that as long as u asked 4 the label ASAP, they would send u a FREE return label but if u wait, the pkg will show delivered & rate itself after the 3rd day & then there's nothing they can do. I believe u received it v2 days ago. I'm still not exactly sure how your name & address ended up on the shipping label &: no one else can explain it to me either.

1queenemmalani I'm sorry that u r being inconvenienced by this. I would say just keep the dress or donate it but the buyer still wants the dress. I would like to offer u 50% off of an item n my closet if u c something u like as a gesture of my gratitude for your honesty & for the inconvenience.
