karrieanne1976 @uneeque1 I have filed a request for them to locate the package. It appears to have been in Montgomery for a week now and not delivered. If they are unable to locate it a claim may have to be filed. This makes no sense but is clearly not your fault.

uneeque1 @karrieanne1976 I truly apologize for the inconvenience and I'm going to contact my post office as well. I do have another one of those sets so if we can't get anything accomplished this week I will send you out another one once we a claim is filed. USPS has been messing up with you lately. another one of my customers didn't get her order until 2 weeks later because they were holding at the post office.
