Sorry the post office took so long delivering your tunic. I put it in the mail the day after you purchased it. I do not understand why it took 9 days to ship. Poshmark did not send a reminder to me because it was shipped on time...Im sad about the rating because I have no control if what happens when it leaves my possession.

You just purchased turtlenecks from me and I’m not sure one is peacock blue... more greenish to me. It is the same one in the picture with the cactus green.is it ok or do you want another color... white, black, grey,red. Or I’m happy to send what you ordered. Just want you to be happy. I do have a peacock blue in xl

@connieedson I sent you an email and photo about the necklace--it was in pieces when I took it out of the package, and it is made of glass beads, not turquoise heishi as described. I like the pendant but the necklace is disappointing. Do you have a suggestion for a resolution? Otherwise I will go through Poshmark. Thank you for your time.

Connie, I don't know what is going on with this order. I received an email from Poshmark saying I would be getting a full refund, but I haven't paid yet, and I don't know where that leaves you. I still plan to pay you for the pendant. If this isn't possible through Poshmark, I'll work it out with you, okay? Sorry this got so confusing. I thought I was doing the right thing, but apparently that wasn't the case.

Hello! Thanks again for your purchase and for your honest review! Very sorry the shirt doesn’t fit quite right. I know that’s disappointing! I shall learn from this and include measurements on items when possible! Also, the smell; I was trying a Grove natural wrinkle spray 😅 I’ll learn from that as well and not use that! @malambert Thanks--I will also learn from this and ask for measurements when I'm not sure. Some of us are sensitive to strong smells--that stuff is intense, and by the time the shirt was shipped, you would never know that the wrinkles were treated. I would contact Grove and tell them that a natural wrinkle spray shouldn't smell like concentrated febreze--that's just wrong.
