good morning ...I purchased from that seller and she never shipped never answered me either...be careful ...as far as contacting poshmark...that's a tough one ...you literally have to stay on top of them with several emails if you need any type of assistance. keep a eye on your banking information as well...hope that helps...feel free to reach out if I am able to help in any way...enjoy your day🐰
