nicolehoops @kashaimel Hello again! I am so incredibly sorry for the delay in shipping your shoes! I have recently hired a house keeper to help me around the house, & she has misplaced the shoes you bought. She is coming by tomorrow to help me look & if I can’t find them I will have no choice but to cancel the order. I am so sorry. I was recently diagnosed with severe scoliosis & I can barely walk most days, let alone keep up on all the housework for a family of 6 in my condition.

nicolehoops @kashaimel I have a lady that helps me clean my home each week, & she has moved the shoes somewhere, & I I can’t find them now. She is coming over tomorrow to help me look for them. I’ll let you know if we’re successful when she leaves. Again, my sincerest apologies for the delay & inconvenience!! This is not how I treat my customers, & I am beyond embarrassed.

nicolehoops @kashaimel omg I’m so relieved, thank you SO MUCH for being so amazingly sweet & understanding!!!! I have been so stressed about this & worried that you’d be upset. I can’t thank you enough. In fact I have another pair of tennis, a couple actually, & almost brand new. If you want one of the pair I’ll gladly give them to you for the inconvenience!
