So sorry for the delay in reply. I thought I had responded. I went by the sizing on the product, 8, rather than the inches you stated. I wear an 8 in that brand but the inches you stated were correct and were clearly too large for me. So not a 5 because the product, not your service, was inconsistent. Thank you
