tprodhumme Hi Katherine, you purchased the Janie & Jack shimmer sneaker. However as I was packing them I discovered the insole of the right shoe doesn’t go all the way to the edge. I will post a picture... if you still want them, I will sell them for $5. Just cancel and I’ll repost for $5.

tprodhumme Hi Kat, I dropped off your package & another Monday, Sep 9th. However your package is still sitting at the post office or even misplaced. I never received a tracking alert so I went back to the post office & spoke with the postal worker I had given the packages to. Now, they are investigating it & will know something within 24 hours & provided me with a case number.

tprodhumme I also emailed Poshmark support & their response was, If you didn’t receive your package by Friday to contact them again. I am so sorry Kat for the inconvenience this may have caused!!!! I will continue to work on it.

tprodhumme Hi Kat, I’m so sorry to tell you that the post office has lost you package and they are giving me the run-a-round trying to locate it. Your package was never scanned so that’s why there’s no tracking. I would like to make it right by sending you the white Janie and Jack sneakers if you would like to have them.
