Hi Kate! I’m so sorry that the jacket arrived with some pet hair on it. I want to assure you that it was washed and put in a covered bin until I took it out to ship it. It must have picked up some hair when I laid it out to fold it. It had been a long week and I wanted to get it in the mail.
