alexlaila -some videos that might be able to help with cleaning but if those do exist and they didn't help I am again so so so sorry. I will try to do better in the future with related matters. I know this message is not very helpful but I wanted to express my regret and sincerest apologies for your dissatisfaction.

kjsande46 @alexlaila I appreciate you reaching out!! I hate to leave bad reviews and I hope that didn’t upset you! Just with shipping plus tax it ended up being quite the charge for the shoes especially since they were dirtier than the pictures showed and I just felt like I spent too much money on them.:)

kjsande46 I’ve tried some videos and several different cleaning methods but that hasn’t done much. I’m not mad at you by any means, just wish I maybe had considered it a little more before making such a spontaneous purchase. Again I do appreciate your apologies and I don’t hold it against you! I just wish maybe they had either been cleaned before sending or had just been cheaper considering the condition. Thanks again for reaching out :)
