el1zabethe Hi- I'm so sorry about your order. My husband retrieved your purchase from the "outgoing" bin at the UPS store on his lunch hour today. Yours and another buyers order had been just sitting there and not one of the 3 employees ever bothered to hand them off to usps. I'd be more than happy to pay to reship via FedEx or DHL tomorrow morning using an expedited option if you'd still like to have to cardigan, but of course I'll understand if you'd rather not.
