karenfriend @katekimber792 Hi Kate I bought my “signs” from Etsy. If you search Poshmark within Etsy you will find all kinds of signs to use, and they are easy to both download and then to upload as a photo to your closet. Hope that helps, Best, Karen

katekimber792 @karenfriend hi Karen, I have a sale but I don’t know how to complete it. It shows the 2 items that the lady wants but it says I have to make an offer on them. I’m so confused lol

karenfriend @katekimber792 Hi Kate Lol, I know it can be confusing at first! From what you wrote, I think that Poshmark is saying for you to “counter offer or accept ” the two items that your Buyer would like to purchase from you. So if you click on “Offer” you should see either “ counter or accept”. Does that make sense? Hope it helps and let me know as I am always happy to help out a newbie Posher. Best regards, Karen

katekimber792 Hey, just me again. It doesn’t give me the opportunity to accept the deal. It just says offer. Then it won’t go to the next step unless I put in an offer that’s less than they are paying. I’m pulling my hair out. My first 2 orders weren’t like this. 😢😢
