k_kientzle @krosegirl11 I totally get it, but either I am a moron (jury is out on that lol) or I am not doing something correctly. I have gone they the steps to reset and re-pair but it says that it is still paired with your account when I go thru the prompts. I looked up ways to fix this and apparently if can change the settings if I have the old log in info, then I can change it to mine. I m really excited to use this watch, and I don’t want to return it. What would you suggest?

krosegirl11 @k_kientzle If not I can see if there’s a way to process a return here or if you want to contact them it says if you have proof of purchase they can unlock it for 48 hours-https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7365486, which I also have the original receipt too.

krosegirl11 @k_kientzle i tried to email back but I’m not sure that it went through. The number should be on the bottom of the box or if you remove the band it’s on the actual watch where it attaches.

krosegirl11 Okay so I was able to erase it from my iCloud so it should actually be unlocked once it connects to WiFi.

krosegirl11 @k_kientzle hey I’m on with support right now. They basically said there doesn’t look to be an activation lock but it needs to be a forced restart which is explained in the email. Still on with them If you see this in time!

jennaferj Hi i am so sorry i appear to be out of stock on 2 of the 3 patches you ordered. Please forgive me. Can I replace them or would you like to cancel? I have 2 of the apple. But I am out of that star and peace. But I have a rainbow yin yang patch that is very cool I could replace on of them with. I also have a peace sign red heart and yin yang heart --that are both similar little sizes to the star and peace sign you ordered. I have a rainbow peace sign that is larger and pastel colors.
