kpmew71 @moxierae13 Hi! I'm new to Poshmark and didn't know how to message you directly so I appreciate you reaching out! I did hear from Poshmark and they told me they can't do a partial refund and they will give me a $10 credit if I want to keep my order or I can return the order and they will pay the shipping. I have until Oct. 26. Still deciding what to do. Thank you for all your help with this.

I saw that the case was closed and I couldn't respond anymore. ok well if they won't credit you $20, which would bring the price to 25.00 as you and I agreed on. you could accept the order and I could just mail you 20.00 or send you a visa gift card for 20.00. I know that means you are trusting that I send it to you, but I assure you I will! I don't play games and I am honest. I don't know why they only offered you a 10.00 credit that is strange.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 let me know what you think. if you opened a new case, I suppose you could ask Posh if they would credit you 20.00 and that the seller agreed to a 20.00 reduction. but I am still new to Posh and so I don't know about re opening cases.

You have been so wonderful to work with and I would order from you again. You have other pieces that I'm definitely interested in ordering. You have a lovely selection. Yes, I agree about the credit from Poshmark. It is strange! I declined it and they offered a return label, but I still want to keep the pieces.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 ok so then you need to Accept the the order as is for the 45.00 and that is where you can rate the 5 stars. I will get you the 20.00. I have your address from the original sale and I will mail it tomorrow. Or do you have Zelle with your bank?..I could Zelle you the 20.00.

Poshmark won't let me accept the order from the app so I just emailed Support and told them that I want to keep the order and that I don't want anything to reflect negatively on your shop. I'm waiting to hear back. Yes, if you could mail me the gift card that would be great. I appreciate it.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 ok let me know what Posark support says. If I open a case. options are "report problem with Return" or "release payment". so let's see what they tell you. all we want them to do, is give you a 20.00 credit, not a 10.00 credit. if they need to contact me, yes please have them do so. I am agreeing to the sell price of 25.00. I hope Posh will just fix it they should respond to you by tomorrow morning, they are pretty quick. let.me know what they say or do.

I wish they were more helpful, kind of disappointing. but who knows what support will say tomorrow. if they won't make the proper adjustment. then I suggest you accept the order, and you can rated the order and I will mail you the 20.00 as we discussed and a little gift to for your troubles. moxierae13 @kpmew71 yes I think you should and I will email this evening too. are 2 or 3 hours ahead of me? I want Posh to give us an definite answer on if they will credit you 20.00 and reduce sale price to 25.00. Then we will know we will know how to proceed. make sense?

moxierae13 if they won't reopen the case and adjust the price to 25.00, give you a 20.00 reduction. then I would say you would accept order the order as is for 45.00 and I mail you the 20.00 gift card as we talked about. I'm surprised they haven't responded to you yet.

kpmew71 @moxierae13 hi there! yes, I totally agree. problem is Poshmark won't let me close the case. When I try and close the case manually, I get a message saying I need to contact support. I'll email them again and will see if they can get this taken care of.

kpmew71 Yes, they told me specifically by email that they can not issue me a credit more than $10. Maybe they would be more flexible if you contacted them? They have not been very helpful.

kpmew71 I asked them specifically to give me a $20 reduction in the price (and that you had agreed to that), but they told me by email (I talked to a woman named Brooke), that they can only give me a $10 credit. They said either I keep the item and they will give me a $10 credit, no more, or I return the items.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 Hi there, ok, I just emailed support tonight, so let's hope they get back to me tomorrow! I asked them to please read the comments between us in the case that was opened. it states that we agreed on a 20.00 reduction and how can Posh make that happen. I have a feeling Posh won't make the adjustment,.but I could be wrong. I'll let you know as soon as I hear from them.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 I sent my inquiry Sunday night and still no response. I suppose Posh wouldn't open the case, they probably have too many to deal with. ok so you still want to keep it, correct? If so then I need to honor our agreement that we had discussed when the case was open.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 Hi, I saw your message go thru my feed and then I forgot to respond. I will mail this Fri. I will take a photo of the card and photo of the mailing envelope. I cannot send via Priority mail, that would cost me an extra $8. After I buy the gift card, pay the 2.00 fee to buy one, and Poshmark took their fee..I'll be going backwards if I pay for Priority. So snail mail is the way it will be sent. Thank you.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 sorry for the tardy reply. I've been in PA dealing with a ill Aunt whom I am extremely close to, and is my last true family member (my dad's sister). I return home red eye tonight, will remail tomorrow. if you provide me an email as I said I have a photo front & back of card and can send you that email so you know what coming.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 I originally mailed it the 12th, I left in a mad dash on the 13th. I forgot to put a stamp on it so it was returned to my PO box, which no one checked for a week and I was inform I had mail returned due for postage, go figure! it's been a cluster to say the least. I also included a short note to you as well, so starting over tomorrow. with a 12/1 postmark you should see that by the 6th? my best guess. plz confirm when it arrives.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 Hi there, well I nailed that on the head, I said you should get the envelope by the 6th and you did! maybe I need to play the lotto, lol. Katherine I believe you, I truly do, it just taught me a lesson to ask more questions in the future. I've had very few returns on PM and 2 of them due to color! the buyer saying it wasn't red, or burgundy, clearly color is subjective, lol.

moxierae13 @kpmew71 I had a woman send back a ring cuz she said it was the wrong size, when I clearly show the size in my photos with a ring sizer. people amaze me sometimes, lol. I do have been in customer service and have been a business owner for a number of years. PM is a hobby...I am happy if you want to leave a review.
