I made a counter offer … this item I reduced in price a day or 2 ago - 4th of July sale … it is handmade in France … and with the fees on here I am sorry I could not reduce the price over 50% … it’s an amazing piece and has never been worn. Paloma is a brilliant designer !! ✨✨✨
