amymurray33 Hi not sure why you rated me 4 stars. I shipped the same day and the set of mascaras were new. Also sent gifts. Just curious why only 4 stars? I’ve never had any complaints so I’d like to know what went wrong. They were priced low as well!

amymurray33 Hi as a Posh Ambassador I’ve never gotten under 5 stars. I ship same day or next even though Posh seller’s are allowed 5 days to ship. Packed nicely. I added a nice gift bag with gifts. Tracking shows I shipped ASAP. After shipping I have no control over the Postal Service. I got autorated to get paid. You then rate 4 stars after the 3 days was up. Please do not purchase from me again! Ty
