@kcoyne97 🌺Kathleen, I am so very sorry this has happened. I also let Poshmark know that this was the shipping label they issued me and the item was well within the weight limit. @lorelie1 The problem was you put it in a flat rate box which has a higher cost than the regular priority label. This has nothing to do with Poshmark, you made the choice to ship it in a flat rate box which costs $13 to ship not the stadard $7.

@lorelie1 One lady said they were going to credit by account another said to refuse the package, however, I already opened it. I am waiting to hear what they want me to do. I won't accept it unless I know I can get reimbursed for your mistake. I paid my $6 shipping, I shouldn't have to pay it again.
