emma_5055 Hi, u purchased the Zara laptop bag from my closet and I just realized I accidentally swapped the 2 shipping labels (a pair of Express jeggings were mailed to u by mistake) and the packages have been dropped off at the post office. Apologies for the mix-up! I contacted Poshmark and they should be able to help with this issue to get u the correct item.

emma_5055 @kathymack03 Hi, this is the response I received from Poshmark: “We highly suggest that once your buyer receives the package, please have them file an Item Not Described case so our team can assist the buyer with a return process.”

kathymack03 I must have received the other item today. It looks like I should be able to take it to the Post Office and return to sender as an unopened package. Don't know why Poshmark wants to make this more complicated than need be.
