rewrittenbyj @esaukathy Hi again. Poskmark just got back to me. There is a protocol that they follow for this and they asked that you open a claim with them within 72 hours. I believe they refund you, send you a label to ship the item back to me and I am able to resell the item to you if you are still interested. I am SO sorry about this. This has never happened me before and I feel horrible. Thanks for being so understanding.
