ashley5283 Hi. Thanks for your feed back. After taking the time to review your order and the photos we take while preparing each item for shipment-I'm taken back by a few reasons for not a 5 star-as the item was in new condition, packaged above and beyond for shipment.

ashley5283 I even took the time to wrap each zipper and place tissue paper between each fold of the jacket to eliminate crease marks. Which was then wrapped in triple tissue paper, taped and note added- which you commented on. My shipment time was well within my given time frame of 7 days, there wasn't a need to communicate as there weren't any issues. My description of item was accurate with the small marks-which I supplied a video in my listing and mentioned the marks-which are super small.

ashley5283 I even gave you a killer deal on a KKW jacket. There's nothing more as a seller I could have done. I'm always open to answering any questions if asked though and you could have always returned if you felt the item was wrong. But thanks again for shopping our closet.

ashley5283 Just to clarify- you ordered and it shipped on day 2 after you placed your order. So "could improve shipment time" i disagree with
