Hey Hun! I'm sorry you didn't like the new premier necklace set! It was not broken or rigged as you state! It was wrapped in protective wrapping with a nice note! If you didn't like it, you should of not accepted it & requested a return. But it's hard to request a return for sometime that's in mint condition.

The clasp is broken but put back together so there's no way you can even wear it. It would be a beautiful piece but can't even be worn. It's not worth my time returning it.
