dragonflybtq Hi Katie. Your tracking # indicates that your package was delivered on Oct 1st. Could you please accept so that Posh knows you have it & the money can be released? The 3 day auto release of $ doesn't apply if the package wasn't scanned. I'm not sure why it wasn't. This has never happened to me before. If you don't have it please let me know so that Posh can contact the Post Office & locate it. It's now Oct 5th & I'm seriously concerned I'd really appreciate your cooperation on this. Thank you.

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 Hi Katie. I really am sorry about this! This has never happened before. I'm sick about it. I've been working with Posh trying to figure out what happened. If you enter the tracking number it says that the package was delivered Mon Oct 1st. Please bear with me while we try to figure this out!

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 Oh my goodness! I thought Central New York was bad! They couldn't do much bcuz it was Saturday & the supervisor wasn't there. With tomorrow being the holiday she won't be in until Tuesday. I really can't apologize enough. I never thought in a million years that this would happen with dropping a package in the making box that goes right into the post office. It's not 1 of the blue ones that's outside. It literally goes in to the post office mail room.

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 I don't know what to do from here so I have to reply to the letter from Posh. He did say to keep an eye on the tracking bcuz it should eventually start tracking, but that doesn't help us now. I'm sorry. 😔

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 I honestly have no idea what will happen. I've never had this happen before. Ever. I do know that in the past I received an item that wasn't even close to the listing & was able to make a return & all my $ was refunded but I had the item in my possession. I honestly have no idea what happens now.😢 I'm so sorry. I wish I had more information for you. I'm waiting for a response from Posh.

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 As soon as I hear from Posh I'll let you know. I've been on Posh for almost 3 years & this has never happened. I've dropped countless boxes off at that location with no problems. It's a big box that actually goes into the mailroom. It's not like it's a blue box outside where the package can possibly not make it inside. Katie I don't even know what to do. I'm honestly mortified! I hope you can forgive me.😔

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 Hi Katie. I went into the post office a few min ago & was told that the supervisor still hasn't been in. I haven't heard back from Posh yet & I'm seriously irritated about that. I can try to cancel the order for you but I don't know if I can bcuz I printed the shipping label. Then if it by some miracle starts tracking it will be delivered to you but I don't want to keep your money tied up indefinitely. UGH!!!! I'm sorry!!! I really wanna cry right now I'm so frustrated. ☹

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 I'll be going over again tomorrow if I don't hear from them by noon. A supervisor can't not go in 5 days in a row. That's 🐃💩. Sorry. If I don't get an answer from them by Friday I'll do what I have to to get the order cancelled & if it starts tracking & you get it at some point, it's yours. I'm more worried about the fact that you bought something from me & your not getting it.

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 Oh I'm still going to the post office & trying to find the package! I didn't get there yesterday bcuz my daughter wasn't feeling good still but I'm going over there today. If i'm told that the supervisor isn't there again i'm going to be upset. If they find it I'm still sending it to you. I still feel bad! If you see anything in my closet I'll send it to you, on me. I add stuff all the time & have a lot more. Please let me know if you see anything.🙂

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 Hi Katie. I finally talked to someone at the post office.☹ They said that bcuz it wasn't scanned they can't track it to find it. She said that she was going to talk to the person who gets the boxes and found out how & why a box inside the post office can disappear and these out wasn't acceptable. She apologized bcuz she knew that didn't help me but that she would have them look around. I told her if she did find it to scan it & send it on its way. I'm so sorry.

dragonflybtq @kesandvig5 Me again! I'm so sorry it took me so long!! Ugh!! He's doing better. We've just had a lot of dr's appts & with my husband traveling for work I'm a single mom most of the time. These last 3 weeks my Posh has suffered also. Either way, your package is on ita way tomorrow!! 😊
