naomivu89 @katiekite00 I just dropped off the rings yesterday. They said that they will try to get it done by Monday at the earliest but it will more likely be around Tuesday or Wednesday.

naomivu89 @katiekite00 i just got the rings back today and was going to ship it but I cannot find the paperwork for the life of me. Do you still want me to send the rings? I understand if you don’t want it without the certification. If you still want the ring I can absolutely ship you the paperwork once I find it. Or I can contact Zales and see if they can print me a copy of something to show proof that I purchased it from them. Just let me know how you want me to handle it.

naomivu89 @katiekite00 I got it resized at my local jeweler. Zales would have done it for free because I purchased the warrantee but I don’t don’t think they would have done a better job. I paid my jeweler $155 to ensure he did it right. It looks so beautiful and brand new!

naomivu89 @katiekite00 I can send it if you still really want it and will try my best to find the certificate but I don’t want to promise anything just because I don’t know for sure that I’ll find it for and not sure how Zales will handle it. Definitely want to give you the option to change your mind because I totally get needing the paperwork.

naomivu89 @katiekite00 okay I will send it today. I hope I find it. Also, the address on the shipping label doesn’t look like a home address. I think it might be going to poshmark first for authentication. If I find the certificate I may have to ask for your shipping address. I’ll let you know.

katiekite00 @naomivu89 I’m going to pick it up from the post office today if I’m off work in time. The shipping information did not update from posh until late the night before delivery so I had no way of knowing to be home to sign for it... so now I’m chasing it around ( not your fault at all)
