@cayleymariah I received my order today. There was no padding around the box in the envelope. The package was crushed and busted the tube of lotion. There was lotion all over the package.

@kdoyle80 I responded to your return request. I’m happy to return it but as far as I can see poshmark has to be the one to release the payment at this point. I do apologize, I’ve never had an issue before.

@cayleymariah I'm actually okay with keeping it if you want to give me a couple of dollars off. I can still use it but I just have to make sure to hold the end of the tube when I squeeze so that it doesn't come out that end. I see that a refund was already processed. Let me know how to get the money back to you.

@kdoyle80 no worries! Poshmark gave us both our money, and counted it as a lost package. But I’m so glad you can still use it. Again, I’m very sorry and I will take this as a learning process. :)
