ladycallidora Hi Katrina, I am just reaching out to you to let you know I have a problem with the Post Office. I scheduled a pickup for Friday and they sent me an email stating the package was picked up so I marked it shipped. After signed off my work computer for the day I went outside and found my package was still in the mailbox along with mail they dropped off for me and they IGNORED MY PACKAGE. So that being said I rescheduled another pickup today and the SAME thing happened.

ladycallidora To continue I sent an email to the post office customer service and put in a complaint and scheduled yet ANOTHER pickup request for Monday. My regular carrier must be on vacation because this has never happened before. And they don't allow packages to be dropped in a mailbox for pickup and the Post Office was already closed or else I would have taken it there. Since I work from home if they don't pick it up Monday I'll take it to the Post Office Tuesday morning and also put in another complaint.
