I apologize about the boots. I overlooked it but you could have always just reached out to me and I could have resolved the issue. I have so many boots, shoes that I haven’t listed yet that I could have sent you. This is what poshers do if a item has a issue that we don’t notice. We have no problem replacing it with something else or close to the item for free instead of submitting a low rating on our account. But any I know 25 can be a lot to some ppl and my apologies again.
