Thanks for the purchase! I hope you like the shoes. They were fairly pricey and have literally been sitting in my closet for the last year. I ordered them online and they didn't fit me. More ridiculously low prices to come on just about everything due to major closet purge.

Hi. I sold you the red white and blue vintage purse. I got it out to ship and found a mark on the front on the whit panel it got while being stored. I am posting a separate picture for you to look at it. I will drop the price because of it if you still want it. You will need to cancel your order before I ship and then just make a lower offer. I hate that this happened but I don't want to ship it until I hear from you

Hello,
I'm so sorry, but I think I might have sent you the wrong size! When you open your package, the shirt is factory wrapped in plastic. On the side, it should say the size. So please don't open that part of it if it's the wrong size. I think I accidentally sent an XS, and someone else just purchased it 😣 After I hear from you I'll send you the correct shirt asap, along with an extra gift for the mess up. Again, I'm so so so so sorry!!

@oleake01 Okay, so I just found out what happened. My bf who had sold something on Ebay, accidentally swapped our labels. And when he packaged my item for you, he put the wrong size in there anyway (the XS was supposed to go to someone else). So you have his customer's item, she has my other customer's item, and I have yours. So ridiculous 😓

@jaiimieeeee After 3 days of an item being delivered, whether the buyer marks the item as delivered or not, the money gets deposited into your poshmark account.
Either way though, the buyer doesn't have any obligation to mark an item as delivered. It's simply an optional courtesy.

Hi @oleake01 I sold you the faux leather jacket and I’m noticing the delivery tracking is taking much longer than I expected! Just checked and it said ready for pickup or redelivery so I’m unsure if it’s waiting at the usps office for you. Let me know if you’ve received any info on that please. @sarinamarie991 That likely means it's behind the desk at the post office, yes! Sometimes they hold things there instead of putting them in the lockers for me, and my work schedule has meant I haven't been able to stop by when they're open. I should be able to stop by tomorrow!

I was reading the FAQ on here and after 15 days of not picking up the shipment they do send it back to the seller just an FYI.
