tyonak @jessamine54 well, here's what I did, if it will help you. I clicked on the order, then order problems and followed the prompts. They asked for a picture, so I took a photo of the box with the shoes and bag in it. They said they had to investigate m claim. After a few days, they sent me a prepaid shipping label to send it back to the seller, then a few days after I sent it back the order status changed to cancelled. Supposedly they have refunded my money, but I haven't checked my account yet.

jessamine54 @tyonak thanks so much but I can't do that because I accepted the delivery. I have my items sent to a different address and I didn't want to hold up payment. I didn't see the package until after I accepted it. That's why I'm waiting for a response from the seller. In the meantime I will try to reach someone at poshmark to resolve this issue.

uneekbuys Hi there I am so terribly terribly sorry about the mixup on your order. I have the other two shoes here. I sent Poshmark a note and told them to give me another shipping label and I’ll pay for the label and send you the right shoe and you do not have to return the bad one to me so again so sorry I will correct it right away. I also told them to give you a refund if you wanted that instead.
