kaylaskloset123 @zadie_alathea thank you so much!!!! I follow lots of people on Instagram for motivation which is 99% of it. I’m trying not to eat fast food (I’m a Chick-fil-A fanatic) so mostly grilled chicken, granola , different seasonings (not a lot of salt) , and I’ve been working out 3-4 times a week!!!

kaylaskloset123 @thriftgrammy I replied to someone else the same thing! There’s absolutely no secret, following people on Instagram for motivation, not eatting fast food (I love Chick-fil-A ...) , working out at least 4 times a week(which I never did before either) making sure I fill all my circles on my Apple Watch, and I’m doing dietbet as well! Which is where you bet a certain amount that you can lose 4% of your body weight in X amount of days. Which is EXTREMELY encouraging!
