kaylajo19 @studioitera ordered 2 things 1 was completely wrong. I clicked order not as described and they paid her anyway. not sure what I did wrong but now stuck with an item 2 sizes too big. not sure how this site works I guess

studioitera @kaylajo19 hi Kayla -did she send you the wrong item? On Poshmark you can not return an item if it doesn’t fit- however if she sent you an item not as described you can open a case- email Poshmark support and explain the situation and that you are not familiar with it and see what they do.

kaylajo19 @studioitera it was the wrong item. i pressed a brown and blue plaid skirt and she sent a red and black plaid but different style. not even close

studioitera @kaylajo19 when your order gets delivered - if you go into my purchases you will have the option to either accept the order or submit a claim.

studioitera @kaylajo19 you choose problem order inquiry and then state the reason- If the order was already accepted send an email to Poshmark support- did you contact the seller at all and explain the situation?

kaylajo19 @studioitera i didn't see where I could send an email. I clicked the "order not as described" and didn't release the funds. i didn't hear anything back so I looked today and it was marked as complete or delivered

studioitera @kaylajo19 go into that purchase - click on problem order inquiry and it will give you the option to contact Poshmark support
