ssdawson98 Hi there! Thanks for purchasing the boots. They shipped yesterday but I want to apologize for the packaging. The box is sizable because I included the shoe box the boots came in. I forgot to stuff the box with paper since there was extra room. AND I failed to fill out your "thank you " card. Therefore, there is a blank card with the boots! 😩 Please forgive me but I wanted to give you a heads up. I hope you love the boots though. Take care and I hope you are safe in California.

ve_ron_ika Hi can you please be more specific with how I can improve, right from the beginning I kindly let you know that I could not go lower than the counter offer I gave you, and I apologized about not being able to accept the offer you gave me. I suggested to bundle but with that you were expecting a buy one get one free which was not what I said. You accepted the counter and I packaged it very nicely
