roycesrags Hi. I just received notice that you gave me a one star rating on April 13th because of packaging and the item received was broken. The item was delivered on March 17th...almost a month ago. Could you please explain why you waited almost a month and why you didn't file a claim immediately????

kelleyabba I did not open the package until The very day I reported it broken. I was keeping it for a gift for my daughter’s so I did not bother to open.It’s unfortunate I had to pay for a broken item. My loss!

roycesrags @kelleyabba I'm sorry that it was broken but I bubble wrapped it and taped it thoroughly before packing it with paper just as I do all my other fragile items that I sell. Poshmark gives you 3 days from time of delivery to inspect a purchase and make a claim but the USPS give you 60 days. Things do get broken shipment. I know since I worked for USPS for 33 years so I try to pack them very well. Once again I'm sorry that it was broken but I think your one star rating was unfair.
