Hey Kellie! Saw your note, and just wanted to let you know I am sorry for your frustration. I had surgery on 12/21 and was in the hospital overnight so I put this in the mail on 12/23, within the time frame expected under Posh guidelines. Unfortunately you experienced the holiday delivery delays. I hope that the item finds you well and thanks for shopping! Happy New Year.

@stefroden oh my gosh I am so sorry! I had no idea! Can I change that? My husband is currently at the dentist for his third emergency root canal; believe me, I am no stranger to holiday health issues! I hope you are healing well and I hope you have a better new year!
