@mrslizzyg Gotcha. Can you tell me approximately how long this is - from the shoulder to the bottom? I'm a little under 5,3" and i just want to make sure it's not a crop on me! Looks fairly short on the model.

I spoke to the Post Office customer Service and they've opened up a case. They recognize that it was dropped off at the Post Office on Thursday and that it was not shipped out.

@sone13 I was just able to open them now. They are “factory seconds” which was not mentioned in the post and the sticker indicating they were “factory seconds” wasn’t shown in the pics. I don’t know what the issue is with the boots that makes them factory seconds - can you elaborate?
