Never had this happen. I actually drove to the post office and the Post ofc we should see the tracking number today. I am thinking when I dropped it off at Office Depot may I missed the Post office pick up.

Hello Kelly, I noticed that the Tracking number is still was not scanned by USPS. I also contacted Amber army Office Depot and confirmed USPS picked your package up April 30th.I did contact USPS and opened up a case # with investigation.If you can message me today and let me know if you received it. USPS said a physical tracker is part of the investation and will locate it no matter what. If you want the USPS Case # let me know. I am contacting Posh next. Thank you!

I got the jacket but unfortunately there is a BAD odor , I will wash it but if the smell is still there I will have to return it back to you.

I am sorry you feel that way. This is a smoke free home and was actually washed before shipped to you. It was also packed with dryer sheets. So strange! My goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied!
