emilynicole49 Hello! I received your rating for the jack Rogers, and I am very confused. What is wrong with them? They are basically brand new and have only been worn one time. The band on the shoe is still tight because they haven’t been “broken in” yet. Please let me know what is wrong so I can work with Poshmark on this. Thanks!

emilynicole49 @siyosa When I said worn once, I put them on and didn’t like the color. I never wore them outside of my house. There are no foot marks on the shoes. I have other jack rogers that are gold and I sold those for much cheaper because those were worn. The ones you have were priced higher due to the lack of wear and

emilynicole49 tear. I apologize they are not perfect, but I guarantee you that they did not go away where further than my living room, and have been sitting in my closet taking up room. I had a closet clean out and that is why I sold them.

skbyoung @siyosa Lisa, the seller is asking for photos. Can you please let me know how to attach photos on Poshmark? I haven’t had an issue prior to this.

siyosa @skbyoung I've not seen a way to add photos other than in a listing. I think, and from the comment chain it seems the seller would agree, that all evidence from both sides should be turned over to Poshmark to allow them to decide next steps. I highly recommend both sides that nothing be handled outside of Poshmark.

skbyoung @siyosa how do I get Poshmark involved? I have taken photos. These shoes are worn out- threads are torn, foot marks and oils are present. I took a photo of her original ad and she clearly stated “BRAND NEW” she goes in to say “literally haven’t been worn”. Now she’s claiming as you can read the email chain that they’ve been worn in her house. Her story is changing. What do I need to do? I will stop payment if needed.

skbyoung @siyosa do you know how long Poshmark takes to get involved? The seller emailed and advised she has contacted Poshmark for a full refund to me. Is there a way I can confirm this refund?
