@zubrodbk The package I sent was in perfect condition, I have no control over the United States Post Office’s doings while in transit and don’t think that should reflect on my star rating. I accepted your offer & worked with you on the price, losing money on it. Why would you rate me by what happened to the package in transit?

I even rushed after work to get it to you as requested, by Saturday. Again, sorry to hear the package arrived beat up but I sent it out in perfect condition. Enjoy the ring, thank you

I pride myself on service and I did pack it and drop it off in perfect, safe condition. I know it was in transit during a series of tornadoes in your state, so that may have something to do with what happened. Thank you

@zubrodbk I’m also confused because I shipped it in a USPS certified cardboard box and used plenty of heavy duty packing paper that I personally buy to assure all purchases arrive in perfect condition. Along with being wrapped. You can post a picture of how it arrived and I’ll file a complaint with the Post Office. You can make a temporary listing with any pics of the damaged packaging or you can put them in your profile on here. I’d like to see how it arrived and why it’s my fault

@zzbest Never said it was your fault!!! I was absolutely shocked when it came and for sure thought the ring wasn’t going to be in there! I’m not one for confrontation so I fixed the ratings . My bad for giving you one star. It was out of your control completely.
