mvygamt04 Yes. Mine got charged too. How long did it take to get your acct/card credited back? I’ve also messaged poshmark and haven’t heard anything from them as well. (So far)

kennedie8 @mvygamt04 I got a message saying they won't refund until an item hasn't been shipped after 7 days :( . So the seller has ready been paid, but we don't get refunded right away

mvygamt04 Per the site, seller doesn’t get paid until we accept and have shipment in “hand”. Also, the site cancelled the order in my “purchases” menu. It shows “cancelled”. So I shouldn’t have to wait 7+days. 🤯😤 Poorly run site with poor interface.

mvygamt04 There is a message on my order that is saying it will take 10-14 days for my refund to show up. WTF?! They can charge an acct immediately and I know an acct can be credited just as fast too, and yet they take their sweet time floating the money...a free loan in essence!

kennedie8 @mvygamt04 I know! It's a bit ridiculous. Why take my money immediately if you're not sure it's a legitimate account? They make sure they're paid right away but take forever to give you your money back

kennedie8 @mvygamt04 I sent an email asking them to verify or look into the account being as the item I purchased was listed 4 different times. They didn't say anything other than I won't get to ask for my money back until 7 days have passed...what? If the seller isn't responding to me or Poshmark itself isn't that a red flag and deserves to be looked into?

kennedie8 @mvygamt04 I just looked into the sellers profile and everything has not been deleted. There's not even the "my closet" portion. Says there's listings but they're invisible. Yet I can't file for a refund..
