aprilpbickham Hi Kev my husband tried to purchase an item from you But he received a message from posh returning his money bc the ring was damaged. I’m new to this and was just wondering what happened. It was the garnet ring you had listed. unfortunately I lost wedding ring in a house fire and thought this one was perfect to replace it. I completely understand if something happened but if you could be so kind to let me know why he couldn’t purchase it. Thank you so very much April

coloradogemston @aprilpbickham Hello April, I thought I sent the buyer a message but I guess I had the wrong person. Thank you for reaching out to me, so I can explain the reason it wasn't sent. I have a tendency to let local people that are interested in the jewelry try on the item. I trust people more than I should and the red garnet is an example of why I shouldn't. When I retrieved the ring from my collection, I always do a complete check to make sure everything is 100%.

coloradogemston @aprilpbickham That is when I realized it was damaged. I would never knowingly sell anything I own to anyone that damaged. The message I sent you explained all this and I wanted to let you know that if you see anything else I have posted to let me know and I'll do my best to get you the best deal possible. If you don't see anything you like, if you have an idea of another piece of jewelry you are looking for.
