@msturk67 poshmark said you are the one who mixed up the labels and sent my order to someone else. Believe me, poshmark is getting a poor review as well and I'm getting a full refund for the order that was shipped to someone else and got to me late!

I don't really understand how poshmark works....but it sounds like you're the one that sent the items to the wrong customers....so yes it was partially your fault

Hi Kim, I want to apologize for shipping the shoes out so late. I just went to the post office and they're closed today. I can drop it off 1st thing tomorrow and get it scanned.
