Kim, I want you to know that I packaged up these Cole Haan boots, (and a bonus pair of Cole Haan flats,) for you on Friday and hand delivered it to my substitute mailman and put it in his truck myself. But I do not see it tracking yet??!! I will say that there has been a huge delay in the system for numerous reasons. The major one is that the postmaster general has reduced hours of many of the workers. This was not my normal reliable postal worker and he was delivering mail late Friday night 7pm

He was also not wearing a mask & seemed confused by the mail route. So, if this package doesn't start tracking in the next couple of days, I blame him! And I will personally find out who he is because he was kind of a mess. In the meantime, I want you to know that I did send the boots immediately & I hope this substitute mailman didn't steal them. You can read my ratings and ask anyone I have sold to that I can be trusted to do the right thing & go above to make you happy. Sorry for the delay

@cincitycindiego Yes I work for Tennessee Cancer Specialists.. I’ve worked for them for about 14 years now. I love the patients and the doctors have been fantastic! I have been in the field since 1994.. but it seems like it was yesterday! Thank you again I appreciate your kindness:)

@kasebare That’s definitely the case! I read a post on my Nextdoor app this week, and some people close to me aren’t getting anything delivered. Apparently the local office has a staff shortage due to (the obvious) illness. Completely unheard of...😳😳😳
