@hrhhilary hi. I got the earrings and they’re beautiful! However, I wore them last night and one of the earrings popped off my ear. We found the back but it’s not a working back (it’s super loose). Is there anything you can do?

@hrhhilary it’s the cylinder kind with the little hole but I think whatever should be inside to make it plug or something isn’t in that one. The other one works perfectly.
